It can be difficult to distinguish between a truant and a climate activist based solely on their absence from school. A truant typically skips school without a valid reason, while a climate activist may be participating in strikes or protests to raise awareness about environmental issues. It is important to consider the individual's motivations and actions to determine whether they are a truant or a climate activist. **

Skipping school to participate in climate activism can be a powerful form of protest, as it brings attention to the urgency of addressing climate change. However, it is important for students to balance their activism with their education, as education is crucial for creating long-term change. Students can also find ways to engage in climate activism outside of school hours to ensure they are still prioritizing their education. **

Climate activism can be considered a profession for those who dedicate their time and effort to advocating for climate action and environmental justice. Many individuals work full-time as climate activists, organizing campaigns, lobbying for policy change, and raising awareness about the urgency of addressing climate change. Some climate activists also work for non-profit organizations, research institutions, or government agencies focused on environmental issues. While it may not be a traditional profession in the sense of a specific degree or certification, climate activism is a legitimate and important field of work for those committed to addressing the climate crisis. **

These areas of study can provide a strong foundation in understanding the social, political, and economic issues that activists often work to address. Additionally, courses in communication, public speaking, and community organizing can also be beneficial for developing the necessary skills to effectively advocate for change. Finally, gaining practical experience through internships, volunteering, or involvement in activist organizations can help individuals apply their knowledge and make a difference in their communities. **
